Residents of the Federal Capital Territory have been treated to a rare sight as armed police officers stage a terror drill.
 
 
These are photos showing the moment many armed police officers took residents of Abuja by surprise with an exercise today.
 
The Men of the Nigeria Police Force, were, on Thursday participating in a security exercise in Abuja.
 
The exercise caused some excitement among witnesses.
 
Some of the policemen were seen in helicopters while others stood on the ground as they staged the terror drill in the Federal Capital Territory.
